When I casually looked at the map, I found this bakery by chance. It looked delicious when I looked it up, so I went there because it was nearby. As a result, I really like it and hit the jackpot! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside The dustiness is also quite dusty, and it feels fresh. The amount of salt is just right, and it doesn't taste too much. It was my first time trying chapata bread, so I asked him how to eat it. It's a focaccia-like bread that's less oily than focaccia, so it's good for sandwiches. It is very delicious even if you eat it as it is! I want to try other breads too. I think we will go again soon.
