It's my routine these days to visit my parents in Nakano, Tokyo every Wednesday. I have a sweet dessert bread from Kobeya "Breads Plus" in Makuhari PA (up) on Keiyo Road as a souvenir. I'm always looking for a cream puff with a good balance of angel cream and custard cream, but I'm tired of it, so today I made a scone. My 86-year-old father left dinner, but this dessert is pelori.
