Once in a while, I stopped by a different bakery on the way home from the greengrocer. Hmmm! Just like my favorite bakery, I feel like I was particular about the ingredients. When I eat the baguette, it has a slightly sour and refreshing taste, yes, it might be good once in a while.

I visit her around noon when I go to the post office once a month. I only eat bread once a month because I'm gaining weight, but it's delicious and the ingredients are safe to eat, so the problem is that I end up buying more bread each month. You can sometimes find freshly baked bread around 12 o'clock, and the freshly made cream bread and sweet potato bread were delicious!

Country bread baked using natural yeast and whole wheat flour, with a taste of northern Europe. It is very tasty. Other side dish breads and sweet breads are also delicious. Some have pointed out that the prices are high, but compared to chain stores such as Couronne, Andersen, and Kobeya, I think the cost performance is high (although it depends on the store). I would like to visit her more often if it were closer to home, but currently I visit her from Ibaraki Prefecture once every two to three weeks.
