It's a hardware bakery. Each one has a firm size and texture, and is excellent to eat. It has a strong umami flavor and is my favorite. There are some breads that are a little soft, but the dough is tightly packed and delicious. The black bean bread has a soft texture that matches the soft texture of the beans, and the sweet taste of the beans stands out. Excuse me, but contrary to its appearance, it was more delicious than I imagined. Considering that the price is also a privately run bakery, it is quite worth it. I usually visit between 10:30 and 11:30, but the number of customers keeps changing, so I get the impression that they are running out of stock in the afternoon.
