Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Mühle bread workshop

Stopping on my way back to TBIC. The bread were good (relatively cheap too!). The owner/seller also provided great shopping experience. Buying local, a way to connect to communities!!

The baguettes are very good here. They're not the usual "french bread" things you get in Japan which are soft bread in the shape of a french loaf. Instead these are exactly like the genuine article you would buy in France. The curry bread is also good, and my family like the an-doughnuts. There is seating at the back where you can eat, but it's not very spacious. Free coffee for sitters, and the coffee is good. They even let me take away a cup of coffee once.

This shop is my favorite bread shop in this area. Breads are delicious and shop has free coffee for customer.
