I’ve taken a notice of KANOUYA at the first sight but just made it to arrange my visit a while after. One night I dropped by around the last hour of this store nearly closed. The Toast I bought was more than twice of the average market price and wrapped in a plain plastic with no attractive sticker at all. Not even a brand nor a single name tag I found, but I intended to take it as my decision to bring it home with me. As we know that the prime hour of eating a bread is when it is just taken out from the oven. In the mater of fact, the Toast I've had bought has been laid for hours before I finally took a pinch of my bite. Here I can tell, I don’t remember when the last time I ate a Toast this good for all good bread has its own character. This one has a deep taste and even has an accent of a Milk Loaf when the bread reaches my mouth, the taste explains that the baker uses a different level of ingredients while the dough is rolled when they put in the pan to bake. If I might advice, it would be nice if chair, table and some drinks were available there as a mini cafe. Oh yes, the lady works well for the customer, maybe she makes the store felt as french bakery store. And later the Loaf and the Eggtart I bought have a swing taste as expected, those were good. Five star for this pastry shop.

The sweet bean paste and the butter (I think the butter had a bit of a milk flavor) went perfectly together and it was amazing ^_^ Pork bread has pork bun ingredients in the bread ^ _ ^ Ham mayonnaise is perfect!
