Iwaki, Fukushima, Japan｜Hyakuninpan

This is the best bakery in Iwaki, in my opinion. Love her pain de campagne (キャンペーン), baguette, pain au chocolat, croissant, and shiopan. The owner is lovely as well.

This is a bakery I found while looking at a map as I had to stop by the area for work. It seems to be quite famous because there was a photo on the icon. When I stopped by around noon on a weekday, there were already about 3 cars parked there. The store is located in the middle of the road, and both parking lots have entrances and exits, so it was very convenient. Today I bought strawberry jam bread, curry bread, fluffy bread, and squishy bread that were posted on Facebook. I wanted to try the bagel because it had great reviews, but I couldn't find it today... Apart from the bread corner, there was a wine corner. Campagne and wine are the best combination! I was so absorbed in choosing bread that I forgot to take a photo, but the atmosphere inside the store was chic and quite fashionable.

I came to the store for the first time. I bought peanut bread, curry bread, garland chrysanthemum and cheese sticks, etc. I like the peanut cream because the beans are pretty rough and crunchy. Curry bread also goes well with tomato curry and quail eggs. I'm surprised that garland chrysanthemum is so delicious when it's in bread. I wonder if there will be a new one depending on the season. I'm addicted, so I'll go again.
