All course dishes were delicious as well as meat. Nice night view and attentive service. You can also enjoy interacting with the chef, which is unique to teppanyaki. The reservation site is difficult to use.

I had the Chiya beef loin. It was the first time I had heard of this type, but it seems to be a type of cow from Okayama Prefecture. It was very soft and delicious. I've been to quite a few Teppanyaki restaurants, but I've never had grilled vegetables this delicious. Of course, there's nothing wrong with the meat either... The carefully slow-roasted vegetables had their own sweetness and were delicious without adding anything. The garlic rice also had the best taste, and I was surprised that it came with some charred rice. The charred rice is also delicious. The final dessert, the ponkan sorbet, was also on par with the teppanyaki. This is Teppanyaki that I definitely want to try again. Thank you for the meal. thank you.
