You won't be able to get there unless you research in advance. This is because it is set back from the road and does not look like a noodle restaurant. However, once you step inside, it feels like a modern cafe. It's not like a noodle shop, but I think that's the good thing about it. There are about 5 tables and 5 counter seats. The customer base included a wide range of people, including office workers, housewives, and elderly couples. On my first visit, I had the signature menu, "White Curry Udon." You can't imagine it from the appearance, but it's definitely curry udon. There's lots of charcoal-grilled chicken inside, and it's delicious. On my second visit, I received the "Spicy Shrimp Soba". This also contains charcoal-grilled chicken, and you can enjoy the texture with the strips of yam. You can also change the flavor halfway through by using hot eggs. The soba noodles were thicker and chewier than regular noodles. The shrimp chili oil was served on a separate plate, so I added some chili oil halfway through the meal to enjoy a different taste. Salad is also included at lunch. The dressing on the salad is special and very delicious, and the fried soba noodles on top of the salad are crunchy and delicious. We recommend the chicken wings as the signboard menu (?) at the back. There are sweet, dry, and salt and pepper varieties, all of which go well with beer. The beer was a Sapporo Black Label bottled beer.

Today I visited Saya-san for the second time. I came here because I wanted to try the spicy soba noodles with shrimp chili oil that I had been curious about the other day. The thick soba noodles and the spicy dipping sauce go very well together, and the toppings, such as seaweed, yam, hot egg, and bonito flakes, give the dish a crunchy texture and a mild taste, making the dish go away in no time. I finished the large portion of soba noodles. It was a hot day today, so the cold soba noodles were the best! And the chicken wings, which are a must at Saya-san, are also available. I ordered the spicy dike soba, so I went with the sweet chicken wings. You can also choose spicy, salt and pepper! The chicken wings have a crispy coating and are very delicious. I'm sure I'll come back again when I visit again. The tempura is also colorful and luxurious! It was also freshly fried, crispy, and delicious. There are several parking spaces in front of the store and a second parking lot a little further east. Thank you for the delicious soba noodles.

Curry udon, the visual impact is amazing👍 It tastes good even if you eat it 👌 Udon is sticky, you can choose the spiciness of curry, and you can finish the soup until the end. The tempura bowl of enoki and maitake mushrooms was also delicious😋
