Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜土佐わら焼き龍神丸 三宮店

Ryujinmaru Sannomiya Store is the seafood restaurant that gives us the wonderful dining experience in Kobe. Fishermen's simmered rice, salt grilled chicken, octopus and of course the fish. While searching, I saw a brightly lit shopping mall near Sannomiya Station. After not being able to find any other restaurants in He Xin Shui, I walked into it and discovered the food street on the 7th floor. Western food is mostly steak. Finally, we decided to try Shiba Ryujin Maru, a seafood-based Japanese cuisine. The 18 Ryujinmaru is a large fishing boat from Hyogo Prefecture. The seafood ingredients in the store come from the catch provided by Shiba Ryujinmaru. I won’t introduce them one by one, it’s a very satisfying meal. It took more than an hour to eat because I enjoyed it slowly! Most importantly, the price is very reasonable!

The rice is just delicious. It makes sense to steam it for 2 minutes in an hourglass. Even if you make it with egg-cooked rice, you will feel satisfied. The fish is also delicious. The miso soup is also rich. It contains sea lettuce and has a strong seaside flavor. Pure Japanese style miso soup. This is a restaurant that you might want to try out. It was a hot day and I didn't have much of an appetite, but before I knew it, I had eaten my fill. How about two bowls of rice?
