Gifu, Japan｜Sagami Gifu Nagara

I came to have a breakfast Chawanmushi set with coffee ¥550- It's a great value. The chawanmushi is filled with shrimp, chicken, shiitake mushrooms, ginkgo, and other large ingredients. The bread is also satisfying with plenty of butter and jam. I recommend Sagami's coffee morning. I came around 9:30 on a Sunday, and it was pretty empty.

I always eat miso stewed udon 🥰 I love the noodles, tempura, sashimi, and all the menus that change with the seasons 💘
