Coedo Ohana's restaurant is a must-visit for tourists looking to experience traditional Japanese cuisine in a beautiful and serene setting. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and while the prices may be slightly higher, the quality of the food and overall experience make it well worth it.

My spouse and I went on Saturday and arrived around 1230. We had to wait about 1.5 hours but we each got the oyakodon and shared the lady's egg sandwich. The oyakodon was delicious and would love to go back for more. The sandwich was also delicious and was surprised at how well it paired with wasabi. There is a ticket machine to order. Food was provided within 5 to 10 minutes.

I have tried several Oyakodon in Japan before, but this is the best one so far. The Oyakodon set comes with a soup. The chicken is very tender and smooth. The egg is slimy but very tasty to eat with a nice touch of sweetness in every bite you take. Overall, it was a really satisfying experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone who will visit Kawagoe. Luckily, I went there on weekdays, so there was a really short queue. I waited around 10 minutes in total. The store itself can accommodate 20 people at maximum.
