Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜御城苑

It's an old-fashioned butcher shop, but it's smokey, but it's okay. I definitely want to go again. I wonder if there are many regulars, but it's delicious 😋

Although it is far from the station, it is a cozy and delicious restaurant that is crowded with many locals in Hachioji. Many parents and children come to eat here. I love my mother, who is good at playing the shamisen and is an excellent cook, and the gatekeeper, who is drinking near the entrance. All the dishes are delicious, but personally, Tanmoto is cheap and delicious and the best. Both the meat and the offal are of good quality. Meat sashimi and soups such as Kuppa are also delicious. Also, tamagoyaki with plenty of cabbage is irresistible. I accidentally put too much ketchup on the okonomiyaki paste. I asked when I talked about closing once, but it's too bad that such a good shop will end in my mother's lifetime. I hope this wonderful shop will last as long as possible. I will visit you again. 2021/5/18 Postscript: I'm doing it from 16:00! Until May 31st, the state of emergency has been declared. Due to the short business hours, it may not be possible to enter when it is full. It is quite crowded on Saturdays, but seats become available around 19:00. Especially if you are visiting for the first time, it is safer to make a reservation even on weekdays. Please enjoy delicious yakiniku with your family.

I ate a lot of salted tongue and short ribs, and they were so delicious! I forgot to take a photo of the tongue salt...ahhh (lol) I will definitely go again!
