More Comments at Google MapUdon was good. Nothing special about the soup base, just a common Japanese udon which you can actually cook at home... price is reasonably cheap. Good for lunch.
Located right next to the public Showa Hospital, it has a gentle taste even after a test without breakfast. Before entering the store, you can smell the scent of shiitake mushrooms. More than half of the people ordered the signature dish, nabeyaki udon, and the rest ordered tempura udon. This time I had nabeyaki udon. The ingredients are shrimp tempura, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko, eggs, tamagoyaki, naru, wheat gluten, green onions, spinach, and mochi (^-^). The soup stock seems to be light but has a deep flavor, so I would like to taste the difference when I eat udon without a lot of ingredients. and. Just as soba restaurants have soba noodles, this one had sweet noodles. I'll definitely have to see you two more times (^-^)
Visited for the first time on a Sunday at 1:30pm for a late lunch. There's Marugame Seimen nearby, so whenever I wanted to eat udon, I always went there. There are table seats, tatami rooms, and counter seats, so it's a restaurant that you can feel comfortable visiting alone or with your family. Like a man (?) I ordered ``Mori''. 570 yen including tax. I was surprised at how affordable the price was. Just looking at the glossy udon noodles makes you feel cool, and the texture is amazing when you eat them✨The fresh udon noodles have a very nice texture, and are soft yet chewy! Hand-made udon, absolutely amazing. There is a large parking lot, so if you are driving to Kodaira, this is a store you should definitely stop by.
