More Comments at Google MapIt was delicious soba! My child loves soba, so I came across this restaurant on a whim! This store was a big hit! Taste (strong soba flavor), Aroma (good soba scent that comes through your nose), Throat (goes down your throat smoothly), Texture (firm) All of the soba noodles were my favorite! When it comes to the amount of soba noodles, at a good restaurant you might think, ``Eh! That's all I have?'' (I'm sure I'll be satisfied because it's delicious), but at this restaurant, it's not only delicious, but the amount is enough to satisfy your stomach! I never thought I would be able to find such perfect soba noodles at a casual restaurant! I definitely plan on going there again when I'm in the area.
I wonder if they sell steamed buns for ¥100 around here? I made a reservation for lunch thinking that there was a soba restaurant here. There are lots of cute pop-up decorations both inside and outside. It's a soba restaurant in a black interior that looks like an old folk house, and at night it's also a stylish bar selling sake. It looks like Kazuya around here. But it looks like it's different. You can choose between 28 and 100% of the soba noodles here. I'll be twenty-eight today. And for the side, I decided on vegetable tempura. There's not much batter and it's crispy. The vegetables were also fresh. The soba noodles are as firm as you like 🙋 There is a repeat here❗
I ate 100% soba (I forgot the brand 💦). There was almost no grainy texture, and the taste was gentle and delicious. The texture of the sobayu is also just right!
