This is a restaurant where you can enjoy main dishes such as offal sashimi (delicious liver sashimi processed at low temperature) and offal skewers. It's a small restaurant with a private room (about 6 people?), 3 raised seats for 4 people, and 6 seats at the counter. The skewers are grilled over binchotan charcoal, and those who like their skewers grilled a little better than rare may like this. The meat quality is very good. Most of the dishes were delicious, but the boiled offal, tecchanyaki (grilled white offal with spicy miso), and meatballs were especially delicious! A shop I would like to visit again. P.S. Offal hot pot has a light miso flavor, but the quality and quantity of offal is amazing. Very delicious. Personally, I prefer sake for motsu, but I don't have that much. There are plenty of shochu etc. Lately, I've been ordering takeout, but since it's cooked consistently, it's delicious even when taken out. It goes well with beer, shochu, whiskey, and red wine.

When it comes to hormones, many people think that they don't like them because they have a strong odor, but the fresh and carefully prepared hormones have no odor at all, and my children love them. It's a little far from the station, but it's worth walking to eat! The owner and staff are doing well! They respond energetically and kindly. I was able to drink comfortably and go home feeling good! I will go again!
