More Comments at Google MapIt was a nice shop with an old folk house flavor. I was expecting a common meat udon, but the soup stock is thick and matches Tsuke udon! It was delicious. The chawanmushi on the side menu was very good because it seemed to be in the top 5 of my life. (It's okay if the slightly sticky part looks like home steamed egg custard.) The udon is also chewy and the impression is good with "the Saitama udon". I can recommend it.
Visited for lunch on a weekday. Entered the store as soon as it opened. I felt like I was able to get in without lining up. For first-timers, the eggplant soup is recommended, so I opted for the eggplant soup udon and the famous burdock kinpira. Kinpira will be served immediately. It's spicier and more delicious than I expected. The burdock was also cut into quite thick pieces, making it a rare piece of kinpira. The eggplant soup udon is delicious with a nice soup. I would like to go again even if I have to wait in line.
Musashino Udon Male The super main store that grabbed my heart at once and threw me into the udon swamp. It was past 2 o'clock on a weekday, and I was about to go for lunch when I found an udon restaurant whose parking lot was almost full. I thought it was udon, but I had heard that Saitama is an udon prefecture, so I decided to try it out. My immediate impression when I saw the menu was that there was no tempura! There are no side dishes at all! is I see, it's a restaurant that competes based on the potential of the noodles. I don't like it. I had no choice but to order extra servings of eggplant soup with warm dipping sauce (or so I thought) and kinpira. Shortly afterwards, the udon noodles arrived with no sex appeal. I'll enjoy having this I was surprised Udon al dente! Is there a core? The chewy texture, the wheat that spreads out the more you chew, and the subtle salty taste will leave you with a pleasant aftertaste, and the sweetness of the dipping sauce and the melty eggplant are also exquisite! Sweet and salty extra-thick kinpira that packs a punch delicious~~~~ Are all Saitama udon like this? I did some research and came across the category ``Musashino Udon.'' Since then, I have been looking for stiff udon noodles all over the place. If you don't go early, the eggplant soup and kinpira are often sold out.
