We had a Japanese breakfast at a Kyoto restaurant with a Japanese garden outside the window. The sunlight from the large windows is bright and refreshing. Although it may not be a kaiseki meal where each dish is served one by one, the lineup is so luxurious that you won't even think of it as a breakfast. The dashi soaks into your body. Every bite was ``delicious'' and I was relishing it, but it took a surprisingly long time to finish eating and I was full. American breakfasts that come in a variety of varieties are great, but I also don't want to give up elaborate Japanese breakfasts that I don't usually get. If I have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again, I would like to stay at least 2 nights and have both Japanese and Western breakfast.

I had a seat by the window with a nice view. Unfortunately it's raining, but since it's on the 6th floor, the view is GOOD. It's exciting because each dish is served one by one. Start with shiso tea. Edamame tofu comes with plum wine. Conger conger soup, sashimi made with plum vinegar? Enjoy with two types of soy sauce. I'm not sure which one to eat first. The salt-grilled sweetfish, cold simmered dish, and ginger rice were delicious and I ordered refills. The dessert was delicious and I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal🙇

I wanted to try a small hotpot breakfast with soft-shelled turtles, so I made a reservation, and on the day of the reservation, they prepared a very spacious private room that made me feel intimidated. Needless to say, everything was delicious, from the main small hot pot of soft-shelled turtle to the seaweed and clay pot rice that I grilled myself. I forgot to take a picture of the dessert...
