Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan｜kinseiken daigaharaten

We absolutely loved the dorayaki and the mochi, it was the best mochi I have ever had in my life (this was my 8th trip to Japan).

We had to come here for the mizu shingen mochi. We arrived right when it opened and the store quickly became busy with people ordering the same thing. This dessert is definitely a must. The CEO and his daughter even introduced themselves to us! Everyone was so wonderful!
