Mr. Bucky Inoue has many faces and runs a wide range of businesses, including the pickle shop ``Nishiki Takakuraya'' in Nishiki Market and the bar ``Hyakuren'' in the back temple. The unusual thing about ``Shokudo Bakky & BAR KIYO'' is that it is two shops, ``Shokudo Bakky'' and ``BAR KIYO,'' combined into one. This time, we were seated at the stylish bar counter "BAR KIYO"! ! ★I received this yesterday ① “Ginger Apple Sour🍎” It's very simple, but delicate, refreshing and easy to drink! ! Homemade jam made with big apples and ginger is sweet and delicious. ② “Specialty! ! Special hamburger The hamburger steak grilled on a hot iron plate looks very beautiful and stands out on the white plate! ! When you cut the hamburger steak with chopsticks, the meat juices will come out. When you take a bite, you can feel the texture of the meat, firm on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The hamburger itself is well seasoned and is delicious on its own.
