The milt in particular is super rich and goes great when paired with sake. The cheese-like egg yolk tasted exactly like cheese, and the Japanese sake was a happy marriage. The Tosa Jiro thigh is surprisingly chewy and juicy, and the special sauce goes perfectly with it, making it extremely delicious! ! ! The chicken white liver paste had a rich and rich taste, and the black Satsuma chicken shumai and white wine were the best. Finish off with a special oyakodon with a light rice. I forgot to take a photo halfway through, so all I had was salad and chicken sashimi, but all I can say is that the dishes that came out were delicious! Definitely try the chicken sashimi!
