Soba noodles are chewy and filling. It smells good too. You can feel the full flavor as it goes down your throat. The tempura was fried crispy and didn't smell like oil. The shrimp, eggplant, and sweet potato were especially delicious and made me happy. After you finish eating, have some soba-yu.
