Small new bakery, great bread and friendly people. Highly recommend!

I visited on a Friday after 10 o'clock. There were only one or two customers coming and going. The exterior and interior of the store are clean, and the employees are friendly and gentle. There are 4 easy-to-park parking lots facing a wide road with little traffic. I purchased the following 5 items. ・Sakura cranberry The combination of cherry blossom scent, cream cheese, and grained red bean paste is exquisite! It's a shame that it's only available for a limited time (until 4/15) (T_T) ・Black beans and salted butter Delicious black beans and salted butter with a gentle sweet and salty taste! ・Tea, apple and fig I think people who like dried fruits will like this. The crunchy texture of the figs is interesting and delicious! ・Corn bread The dough is chewy, light and delicious! ·Croissant When I rebaked it, it got burnt (lol) and I'm going to buy it again! All of them have a gentle and delicate taste that makes you want to try all of them.

I saw it on Instagram and always thought it looked delicious...I finally went to buy it! I bought a petite baguette, premium fruit, croissant, tsubu anpan, and melon bread. All were very delicious. The baguette was delicious whether it was toasted and spread with butter, dipped in soup, or stuffed with toppings.You could really taste the flavor of the bread itself, but the taste expanded even more when you added other flavors. Fruit fruit is delicious on its own, but when you put cream cheese on it, the fruit flavor becomes even more delicious.It's not a waste, so I cut it thinly and enjoy it carefully. When I put a little bit of the croissant in the warmed toaster, the buttery scent came out and it was delicious. It wasn't too rich and I could eat it quickly. I was happy that the anpan had more red bean paste in it than I expected. Does melon bread have a vanilla scent? It was delicious like no other. I want to go again because there was so much bread I wanted to try again. I saw on Instagram that they sold out in the afternoon, so I went in the morning and had a lot to choose from, but I couldn't make a decision because I kept looking at different items.
