I had the Garlic Ramen. It was amazing! The broth was fantastic. It was mildly thick and very rich. The saltiness was spot-on. It wasn't too oily. The noodles were good. The chashu was outstanding. It was well cooked, well seasoned, it melted in your mouth. Totally recommended. I am already eager to come and try the other flavors. The place is also very nice. Looks clean, it smells good. Looks well organized. Clean restroom. A cozy place. The service was fast and friendly. Not too pricey. The quality you get is worth what you pay.

The Shinto District ramen shop just opened in October 2018. The decoration is simple and pure white. The interior design is quite cute. There are about 25 seats in the store. If you come during dinner time on weekdays, you can sit directly without queuing. The waiting time for the meal is about 15 minutes. The above are all secondary. The point is that this is really a ramen shop with high CP value and delicious food in Taipei! This time I ordered the original naked soup ramen ($190) and the spicy Akiko ramen ($240). The ramen comes in a big bowl, including half a soft-boiled egg, two slices of barbecued pork, fungus and bean sprouts. The soup is rich but not greasy. , you won’t get tired of it even after eating a whole bowl! Both flavors are delicious! The price of 190 is really a high value in Taipei! The other side dishes I ordered were takoyaki and Tang Yang chicken. The takoyaki has a more Japanese taste and is softer inside. I also had octopus. The Tang Yang chicken was very tender and juicy. Both side dishes only cost $70! However, there is a small problem. The high chair is not very stable and can easily fall over. If you accidentally touch it when you stand up, it will also fall over🤣

The environment is comfortable and bright, and the toilet is very clean! The ramen is delicious and not greasy, and the soup is smooth and rich but not too salty. It is very gentle ramen! The char siu is delicious and melts in the mouth, but it is a little thin. Tang Yang chicken is very tasty, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it is irresistible!
