Zhongzheng District, Taipei City｜墨洋拉麵

I went with my friend, just two of us. The restaurant wasn’t that hard to find , but when you get in you need to climb up to second floor. I don’t think it will be convenient for disability. The food was good, I ordered the pork ramen. It has good amount of noodles and soup.

The broth was full of flavor and delicious! I did enjoy the nice mix of different flavors of the ramen I ordered. The Chashu pork rice was nice also and decorated with flatfish side meat. Queue might be long before the ramen shop open but do remember get a ticket first inside the store. No need to queue up in front of the store, just wait your number being called.

Shellfish and soy sauce flavored broth with three mid sized scallops toppings. The soup isn’t too salty so it’s no problem drinking it all. Noodles are thin but still chewy, they go well with the soup. Spent an hour waiting but definitely worth it.
