Waited for two hours in line before the restaurant opened for beef ramen and chicken and dumplings ramen in sea urchins broth. We were 14th and 15th in line for two the twenty dinners. Worth every minute of the wait. The ramen reflected the care the owner put into it. The broth was rich and flavorful. The meats were tender and garnish were thoughtful. We had good ramens on our trips over the years. These are right up there with the best.

Superb food and well worth waiting over an hour queuing for! Want to give it 6 stars! Out of this world taste and service…definition of quality over quantity 👍👍👍
