Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜力量拉麵（錦州店）

It truly surprised me by their cooking method. This ramen shop combines the Taiwanese noodle with Japanese chicken-soup, that was scrumptious!! Moreover, they are using chicken cooked by Sous Vide way as the topping which is more suitable for eat with their soup instead of tradition Char Siew meat. Highly recommend!
