Hidden under the Xinyi shopping complex, this ramen fusion is really interesting. Highly recommend going for the burrata ramen with ham on the side. Both the cheese and ham are of great quality 😋 It's in the food court though, not a proper restaurant if you're looking for that kind of thing.

I've been looking for an Asian/Italian-fusion restaurant in Taipei for quite a while now. Well, this is it. Probably the most unique Ramen restaurant in this city. Don't be scared that it's situated in a food court... the Ramen dishes are absolutely amazing and I can highly recommend coming here. My favorite is the formage cheese Ramen, which almost adds a kinda Carbonara soup flavor to the noodles.

Personally I think both the cheese ramen and “yuzu” ramen tasted good but the noodle itself wasn’t very “ramen”. The brandy pudding was a plus. I love it!
