The portion is too much to finish☹️

The shallots at Fuxing store are quite crispy, but today Nangang’s one feels boiled soft; I chose a lot of oil but I feel it’s not enough; I’m not sure if the noodle is different from Fuxing store, but it’s ok. It's quite cool to eat without queuing, huh.

I thought the ramen would be too salty as the comment below said, so I ordered normal salty/normal hard noodles, and it turned out to be delicious, very authentic salty soup ramen, and the grilled char siew was very popular! the floor is slippery
