Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜Yukichi Ramen 諭吉拉麵

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had! We stumbled upon this little ramen restaurant a couple hours before midnight and decided to give it a try! I ordered dark garlic slightly spicy ramen with an extra egg. My husband ordered the same except it was extra spicy. It was really delicious, and you get to pick how chewy you want your noodles and how rich you want your soup, thru your phone after you scan the QR code. What’s better is that this place opens till after midnight, which is so wonderful!

A new breed of ramen is in town. Full of flavour yet still refreshing. Charsiu's cooked to perfection that the fat melts in your mouth but the lean bit still with good chew. Highly recommend the black garlic version.

The portion size is a bit small compared to other great ramen options in the area. I’d recommend medium intensity for the soup because I always find the original thick broth too salty.
