Banqiao District, New Taipei City｜三武魂ラーメン

This is certainly one of the best ramen I had in Taiwan. Given that they provide refills for both noodles and soup, their ramen deserves its price with its generous and adjustable volume alone. And don't get me wrong, because its quality is definitely top-class among other popular ramen places. The soup was very rich in taste, but wasn't as oily as that of most ramen with the same depth of flavor. Moreover, contrary to many ramen restaurants in Taiwan, their service was nice and I felt respected as a customer. As an Easter egg, they have put a small notebook on the table, which includes interesting doodles from various patrons that had been here. It is the perfect place that I would recommend to almost anybody.

Great tonkotsu flavor, I wonder if I can add some fruit?

Newly opened delicious ramen restaurant. Reasonable price and I like the lighter broth with chicken meat, I haven't seen this elsewhere.
