My shoyu base tsukemen was a bit salty; if you’re not accustomed to the authentic Japanese taste, I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re new here and find it very salty, you can ask for clear broth to dilute your soup with. I have no problem with the saltiness of the broth because I know that’s just how it’s supposed to be. But my chashu and pork pieces were too salty. I couldn’t finish it. 我會再回去，想吃二郎沾麵！As per any authentic Japanese ramenya-San, drink plenty of water! Your kidneys will thank you.
