The miso-flavored soup is rich and delicious, but a little bit oily. The soup of Shio Ramen tastes sweet, and I personally think the soup is very good. The noodles are moderately soft and hard, neither too hard nor too soft, and the meat slices are a little fatter, although they melt in the mouth; the dried bamboo shoots on the side have a slightly strange smell. The wait for the meal will not be too long, the service staff will also refill the water thoughtfully, and there are also free side dishes to match the activities. The dining environment is also very comfortable, and I have a pleasant dining experience here.

Being one of the most well known ramen restaurant in Hokkaido that's landed in Taiwan, it's definitely a must go for ramen fanatics just for the lineage alone. Although I'm not blessed enough to have visited their origin branch in Japan, the ramen itself is said to be almost identically glorious to their Japanese counterparts, and I can confirm it deserves the hype. It's also delightful to see a Hokkaido style ramen restaurant, as most Japanese ramen brand that's landed Taiwan are Kanto style.
