West District, Taichung City｜Xu Mai Vegetarian Ramen

Maybe the best vegan Ramen I ate in Taiwan. I've to the restaurant to try their vegan options, the menu is only in Chinese but you can ask the waitress and she'll help you translate. From the menu I picked their soy milk & pomelo sauce ramen. The dish is huge and beautifully presented, it come with a fried shimchi mushroom, veggies and noddles. The sauce was delicious and slightly sweet and it was hard to stop eating. The service was kind and the place have a traditional old style to it.

Fantastic Japanese ramen. They seemed to be popular so maybe you can try to make a reservation.
