The ramen I have eaten in Tainan so far makes me feel that the only Japanese fu is Bafengtei. Ordered the special 'Dip' type ramen where instead of traditional noodles in soup, they give the soup and noodles, meat, Veggies separately as in the pic. Soup is refillable for free for this type. In one word, the ramen was simply DELICIOUS (almost like being back in Japan)! Better go early or be prepared to wait in line outside as the place inside only seats about 10 at a time.
