The barbecued pork is very similar to the barbecued pork eaten in a Japanese ramen restaurant. It melts in your mouth. There are no bean sprouts added inexplicably. Except for the dried bamboo shoots, the noodles remain clean for tasting. It is a thin yellow ramen with good elasticity and smooth noodles. Looking forward to going there next time.
