One of my favourite dry noodles. Had this noodles the first time in Ginza, Tokyo, and loved it right away. When the noodles served, you need to add in vinegar and spice oil provided on the table and mix well. There is clear instructions how much to put in on the menu. I also love to add lots of onions. There are pork, bamboo shoot and spring onions in the noodles, simple but super yummy. The noodles’ texture is firm and chewy. If you like it spicy, you can add some chilly sauce. The chilly sauce is not very spicy and has chilly fragrance, very nice. There are three kinds of noodle portions to choose from, small, medium and large, all the same price. I ordered medium size, so yummy. I can eat a large one next time!
