Easily among the best ramen I have had in New York, and across Japan. Broth was perfectly seasoned and incredibly rich — not too salty at all. Pickled cabbage was delicious and added a cool, fresh contrast to the noodles. This store BBQs their pork before serving it ontop of the ramen, which adds an incredible smokiness. Seriously incredible stuff.

Delicious raimen with reasonable price. Run by a group of committed young chaps and ladies!

I love it. Not exactly the same original Japanese ramen but it is a good version of itself. Strongly recommend.
