The rich soup allows you to taste the essence of the chicken white soup, which is thick but not greasy. The noodles are moderately soft and delicious and chicken is extremely tender. The green sauce on the side can make the taste more abundant. The cauliflower and the condiments on it make me wonder whether I have ever eaten it in my life. The cauliflower is so delicious, and the fried dumplings are full of meat. They also provide the cheese powder for you can use by yourself. By the way Japanese staff are so cute. Highly recommend to visit.

Let's start with what I was here for and that is Ramen. Definitely one of the best I had! Soft tasty chicken slices, a rich and flavourful broth with some original touches and extras. I can't speak Chinese but they were so kind and sweet to make sure everything was fine and it 100% was. You guys deserve every one of the 5 star rating.

It is Japanese fusion style ramen and it has quite a special taste you can find in Taiwan. It definitely tastes good...wish I can find the same in Taipei!!
