This place is one of the best ramen places in Taiwan! Food is super authentic, and you can pick the type of noodles and how heavy the soup base is. This was my first time here and the staff explained very thoroughly their product. I love how you pay by machine so you can pick what you wanna order on the screen with pictures. They really have good service, great food, and pretty cool little booths that take you back to if you were in Japan. 5 stars for sure! My only complaint is I’ll want to eat here everyday and gain weight.
