My soy sauce is from Yamadaya. Even children who don't eat much rice will enjoy eating it with this soy sauce. (I feel like that's a problem though...) The ingredients for the homemade miso that my wife makes are also from Yamadaya. The ingredients are good, and the miso is very delicious! Through crowdfunding, I learned about Yamadaya Jozo and started thinking about the depth of miso and soy sauce. There are miso and soy sauces that go well with different ingredients, ingredients, and dishes. When I compared Ukakuchi soy sauce, which is recommended for sashimi, to regular soy sauce, it had a completely different impression. I will use it again!
