More Comments at Google MapLiterally means “mushroom center” meaning they specialized in selling mushrooms. Yes. You heard that right. They are giving out free mushroom soup so if that’s your thing, it’s worth stopping by for. They got fresh very large mushrooms for sale in very affordable pricing along with different local vegetables and little crafts and such. Pricing is the best but it’s just fun place to stop by.
This is my favorite store that I have been going to regularly for many years. There is a free service of nameko soup when you enter the store. Miso is also delicious, and it is also sold in the store. The store sells all fresh shiitake mushrooms, including nameko, maitake, and wood ear mushrooms. For home use, we recommend refrigerating small portions that have already been cooked. If you freeze it, it will keep for a long time and it's delicious anyway
I've been stopping by here before when going snowboarding, but this time I went by bike when there was no snow. What you're looking for is the miso sold at Nameko Center. This is delicious. They say it will keep for 6 months in the refrigerator, so 2 kg for us and 2 kg for souvenirs. I also bought nameko and pickles. The nameko soup served at the store was still delicious. Thank you for the meal.
