This store specializing in dashi soup is probably one of the rare ones in Japan. The slightly small shop displays items such as bonito flakes and pre-mixed soup stock packs. I get the impression that they are passionate about using quality products, regardless of their origin, and this seems to be reflected in the carefulness of their product development. The customer service is not excessive so it is pleasant.

You can shop in a relaxing store. The soup stock is delicious.
