I heard that the legendary Sutadon restaurant was opened for the first time in Gifu, so I went there. It was a system where you first bought a ticket at a ticket vending machine and received food in exchange for the ticket. I think it's good at this point because you won't have any trouble or conflicts with the store staff. Water and seasonings are self-service. The water here was the most delicious I've ever had and I was impressed. The first time I went there, I tried the fried chicken set meal. The batter of the fried chicken was very crispy, and the juicy meat juices were trapped inside, so delicious it almost melted in your mouth. The second time I went there, I tried the Sutadon. It was soaked in garlic and had an irresistible taste for garlic lovers. Also, the pickled radish and seaweed in the suta bowl were really delicious, and I was impressed by how much attention was paid to the details. I've been there about 14 times since it first opened. My recommendation is the rice bowl. Adding cheese to the rice bowl makes it mellow and very delicious. I would like to continue to invite many friends and go every week. All the friends I invited always said in unison, "It's so delicious...!!" Thank you very much for building such a wonderful store in Gifu.

On the last day of Bon vacation, I visited for the first time to put on stamina. There were quite a few customers when I entered the store around 11:15. The fried chicken set meal was delicious, but I regretted that I should have added more meat. I wish there was another ticket vending machine.
