Edo Kiri Soba Boiled Taro/Otsuni Set Meal Motsujiro is located along National Route 21 in Mizuho City, Gifu Prefecture. This time I used Motsujiro. A system for purchasing tickets from a ticket vending machine. It will be ready in about 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered the giblet set meal. The giblets had no odor at all, were soft, and had a good miso flavor, making them delicious. It goes perfectly with rice. When using the ticket vending machine, you can choose a large serving of rice for free. It's self-service, with condiments such as pickles and tempura for soba placed in the center. The inside of the store is beautiful. The parking lot is also spacious. Soba Taro, which is attached to the restaurant, seems to be able to serve freshly made soba noodles in-house, so I'd like to try that next time.
Yudetaro has a breakfast menu until 11:00. Purchase a meal ticket on the touch panel, submit it to the counter, sit down and wait for a while. Asa soba cold grated, 400 yen. Freshly boiled mori soba, freshly fried vegetable kakiage, grated daikon radish, green onions, soba sauce. It's fun to choose how you want to eat it if you order it separately ( ^ω^ ) Taro Yude is a soba chain that originated in Tokyo, a hotly contested area for stand-up eating soba. It used to be only in the Kanto region, but it has expanded nationwide and has a store in Gifu. I'm glad It seems that there are other morning ra and morning curry sets. Let's come again ^ ^
