I got the quenelles from the shop's signboard menu. The fluffy texture and rich sauce were exquisite. It is a bistro shop with a good atmosphere where you can casually stop by even by yourself.

A hidden bistro. All wines are natural. Although it is a French restaurant, it is not strictly French, so even if you are not familiar with French cuisine, you can easily enjoy French cuisine. The quenelle and the local cuisine of the Yu-Lyon region are very delicious with shrimp. In addition, the quiche is delicious, and the salad dressings are made in-house. There are counter seats on the first floor and table seats on the second floor, with the first floor being more casual and the second floor having a more relaxed atmosphere.

The wine and menu pairing is exquisite. It's well-equipped and you can easily go there even by yourself. We recommend this place for dinner in Hiragishi.
