super delicious
A chawanmushi specialty shop on the first basement floor of Ginza Nine. Although it is called Ginza, it is located in 8-chome, so Shimbashi Station is closer, so those who use Yamate do not need to aim for Ginza. For those with children, there is no restroom in the store, so it is better to leave it on the right side of the store entrance. When I arrived at 11:10, I was surprised that there were 3 groups waiting, but I was able to get inside at 11:30. I ordered a set with couple steamed, chawanmushi, dish udon thin noodles and thick noodles, and pudding after meals. The steamed egg custard is elegant and the taste is soaked into each ingredient inside and it is delicious! There are flatfish and conger eels among the many ingredients, so I think it's a rare chawanmushi. It's very hot, so be careful with the first bite (laughs) Couple steamed is delicious with eggs, denbu, and conger eel on it. Sara-udon is delicious with thin noodles that are fried and crispy, and thick noodles that are baked and have a chewy texture that retains the appearance of raw noodles. Chawanmushi pudding is refreshingly delicious with lemon sauce.
