It is at top of the building, around 30 floors I guess. If you could book earlier, you can get a nice spot and overlook Shinjuki. Food is delicious and the atmosphere makes the meal amazing. Price is reasonable.

The restaurant offers a traditional Japanese dish called "Tataki" of bonito. It is a savory sashimi whose surface is grilled with straw and further smoked. Although the restaurant may be a bit intimidating for Japanese food novices, the traditional and warm decor and the hospitality of the wait staff will make you feel as if you are an American visiting an upscale steakhouse. Although the food is of high quality, lunch is very inexpensive at around $10 to $15, so you should definitely give it a try. From the upper floors, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Tokyo cityscape. Private rooms are also available, so you can enjoy a relaxing meal if you wish. I have been to this restaurant many times for both dinner and lunch, and the consistent high quality of the food makes me wonder why it is not listed in the Michelin Guide.

Definitely would recommend for a traditional Japanese meal. Will definitely return.
