We ordered seasonal oysters with ponzu sauce and milt, and the milt was served with milt ponzu sauce and tempura. I wanted to eat all parts of the horse sashimi, but I ordered two types. It wasn't on the menu, but I found sea urchin when I was opening the refrigerator, and when I asked if they had any snacks, I was told that they could serve it, so I ordered sea urchin as well. To finish off the meal, we had rice cooked in an earthenware pot, but we were running out of time, so we changed our plans to nigiri, which was also very delicious.
