This is a members-only sake and hot sake specialty store at night. It is a Japanese restaurant that offers daily lunch specials, limited to 20 meals at noon. There are no signs at all. There is nothing at the entrance of the store, so if you are visiting for the first time, the lunch time is 11:30 and it will end as soon as it runs out. Lunch can also be reserved. The daily specials are boiled fish on Mondays, seafood rice bowls on Tuesdays, vegetable bowls on Wednesdays, premium conger eel rice bowls on Thursdays, and supreme tuna rice bowls on Fridays. Basically, it's 1,200 yen on Mondays and Wednesdays, and 1,500 yen on other days, which is expensive for lunch. Cospa is good because you can get it.
Head to Akasaka Mitsuke for a limited lunch. Thursday is ``conger eel jugyoku''. Limited to 20 meals. The next dish is crowded on the table. ・Conger eel ·Miso soup with pork and vegetables ・Chicken cutlet ・Simmered Ganmoto radish ・Cheese and corn chawanmushi ・Cucumber pickles Conger eel jug with plenty of plump boiled conger eel. The rice on the bottom is vinegared rice. It has a fun texture, with ingredients such as tamagoyaki, shredded seaweed, green seaweed, shredded kelp, cucumber, gari, and pine nuts mixed in. The claws are firm and sweet. Very rich taste. The wasabi is mixed with vinegar citrus peel, and the trick is exquisite. All other dishes are also handmade, and no corners are cut.
